Earth & Water Health is located in Monroe, WI, and offers bioenergetic sessions, group sound healing events, and structured water tinctures. By using frequencies that resonate and support health I work to clear energetic disturbances in the emotional, mental and physical fields. The body is always seeking to heal itself, whether from finding these missing health frequencies in food, the natural environment, etc. (The physics term for this is entrainment.) There are three main reasons our body is out of balance. These health frequencies are missing from our diet or surroundings, there may be an energetic blockage interfering with entrainment, or the body may be rejecting a frequency (ie allergies). These following three offerings give you different ways to engage and try sound healing yourself:

Bioenergetic Sessions

In a bioenergetic session, we will start by using muscle testing (applied kinesiology) to find areas of weakness within the body. We will test your body’s response to food allergens, airborne allergens, and the strength of each organ. With that information I use frequency tools, including tuning forks and frequency resonance vials, on areas with imbalance in combination with laser light therapy. At the end of the session, we will do a retest to see how those energy disturbances have shifted. You will also receive a structured water tincture with specific frequencies to assist your body in healing, to take twice a day following our session to continue to support your body.

Group Sound Healing Events

In a group setting, a series of frequencies will be played to relax the nervous system and engage the parasympathetic nervous system while supporting the vagus nerve. The body then has the ability to more easily relax and align with the sounds and healing frequencies being played to support the emotional, mental and physical body of the individuals attending. I use crystal singing bowls, tuning forks and tingshas to create the relaxing sounds during the “sound bath.” These sessions are about one hour long in the setting of a yoga studio.

Structured Water Tinctures

Structured water tinctures consist of water that has been charged with health frequencies (these frequencies are held between the carbon bonds of the water) to store information, much in the way scientists have proven data can be stored in quartz crystals for up to billions of years. In water, we can call this water memory. With structured water, frequencies are downloaded into the tincture bottle water with many of the same tuning fork frequencies that I use in session. This is a daily, on the go way to access these same frequencies.
