Join us Saturday afternoon, March 14th, for an hour of relaxing sound healing, a ‘bath’ of frequencies to cleanse, balance and restore power to your energy centers. A combination of crystal singing bowls, tingshas, koshi chimes and tuning forks resonating to heal layers of the Root Chakra will be used in the session. This chakra, physically located at the tailbone, feet, legs, and “roots” of your being, is connected with the element of Earth. The Root Chakra is associated with your sense of safety, security, and feeling at home within your skin. This chakra is also related to your family of origin and your human tribe. This chakra supports the physical health of the hips, tailbone, large intestine, feet and legs:

This hour long session will be at The Infinity Studio. There will be yoga mats and cushions available to use for comfort during the sound bath. (The yoga mat is just for comfort while sitting or laying down. This event does not include any yoga.)
