Join us Saturday morning, January 25th, for an hour of relaxing sound healing, a ‘bath’ of frequencies to cleanse and restore power to your energy centers. A combination of crystal singing bowls, tingshas and tuning forks resonating to heal layers of the Higher Heart Chakra will be used in the session. This chakra, between the heart and the throat, embodies an often unrecognized energy center, that is all about living your personal truth and doing so with passion and conviction. The Higher Heart Chakra also supports the health of the thymus gland, lungs and the body's immune system. Energetic imbalances of the Higher Heart Chakra may manifest as depression, feeling lost to one’s purpose, immune system issues and more.

This hour long session will be at The Infinity Studio. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, otherwise there will be ones available for use. (The yoga mat is just for comfort while sitting or laying down. This event does not include any yoga.)
