Join us Saturday morning, January 31st, for an hour of relaxing sound healing, a ‘bath’ of frequencies to cleanse, balance and restore power to your energy centers. A combination of crystal singing bowls, tingshas, koshi chimes and tuning forks resonating to heal layers of the Crown Chakra will be used in the session. This chakra gives you a sense of your own divinity, the awareness that you are a soul in a human body. The crown chakra, or sahasrāra chakra in Sanskrit, is known as “the bridge to the cosmos,” and helps navigate you through life’s challenges. This chakra, physically located at the top of your head, supports the health of the pituitary gland, pineal gland, the nervous system and brain.

This hour long session will be at The Infinity Studio. There will be yoga mats and cushions available to use for comfort during the sound bath. (The yoga mat is just for comfort while sitting or laying down. This event does not include any yoga.)
