Join us Saturday morning, March 28th, for an hour of relaxing sound healing, a ‘bath’ of frequencies to cleanse, balance and restore power to your energy centers. A combination of crystal singing bowls, tingshas, koshi chimes and tuning forks resonating to heal layers of the Solar Plexus Chakra will be used in the session. This chakra, located on the ‘pit’ of the stomach, is an important energy center governing your innate intuition. The Solar Plexus Chakra also supports the health of the stomach, kidneys, liver, and adrenal glands.

This hour long session will be at The Infinity Studio. There will be yoga mats and cushions available to use for comfort during the sound bath. (The yoga mat is just for comfort while sitting or laying down. This event does not include any yoga.)
