Join us Saturday morning, April 11th, for an hour of relaxing sound healing, a ‘bath’ of frequencies to cleanse, balance and restore power to your energy centers. A combination of crystal singing bowls, tingshas, koshi chimes, flower essences and tuning forks resonating to heal layers of the Throat Chakra will be used in the session. This chakra holds a strong access point to a major form of expression, our voice! Our voice is how we express our truth and have good communication with the people around us. The Throat Chakra also supports the health of the ears, mouth, neck and lymph drainage.

This hour long session will be at The Infinity Studio. There will be yoga mats and cushions available to use for comfort during the sound bath. (The yoga mat is just for comfort while sitting or laying down. This event does not include any yoga.)
