Join us Saturday morning, May 30th, for an hour of relaxing sound healing, a ‘bath’ of frequencies to cleanse, balance and restore power to your energy centers. A combination of crystal singing bowls, tingshas, koshi chimes, flower essences and tuning forks resonating to heal layers of the Third Eye Chakra will be used in the session. This chakra is tied to our intuition, illumination, imagination and visualization! A balanced Third Eye is also important to distinguish and analyze our day-to-day experiences and not place projections into the intentions of others, and help us live as grounded and happily as possible. The Third Eye Chakra also supports the health of the eyes, pituitary gland, pineal gland and brain.

This hour long session will be at The Infinity Studio. There will be yoga mats and cushions available to use for comfort during the sound bath. (The yoga mat is just for comfort while sitting or laying down. This event does not include any yoga.)
