Join us Saturday morning, March 28th, for an hour of relaxing sound healing, a ‘bath’ of frequencies to cleanse, balance and restore power to your energy centers. A combination of crystal singing bowls, tingshas, koshi chimes and tuning forks resonating to heal layers of the Solar Plexus Chakra will be used in the session. Our Solar Plexus Chakra holds a main hub to not only our intuition, that ‘gut instinct,’ but also the brain/stomach connection for our health and well being. When in balance, this chakra can improve our health in many ways.This chakra supports the physical health of the stomach, kidneys, liver, and adrenal glands:

This hour long session will be at The Infinity Studio. There will be yoga mats and cushions available to use for comfort during the sound bath. (The yoga mat is just for comfort while sitting or laying down. This event does not include any yoga.)
